French/German/Italian/Spanish Microsoft SQL Expert Analyst
Responsibilities
  • SQLEAs validate customer entitlements and give high level technical support through information gathering, analytical trouble shooting and problem research.
  • Resolves customer issues using the tools and systems available.
  • Completes follow-on actions as appropriate, e.g. dispatch materials, send communications, escalate problems.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of tracked experience in IT, remote support experience is preferable.
  • Fluency in English and French/German/Italian/Spanish.
  • A broad understanding of the structural design of the PC.
  • Excellent knowledge of 2 or more operating systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server:
    o Excellent understating of the Microsoft SQL Server structure
    o Proven troubleshooting skills and experience
    o Knowledge of the Microsoft SQL diagnostic tools
    o Previous experience on Microsoft SQL performances tuning
  • Knowledge on one or more of the following technologies would be an advantage:
    • Internet Information Services
    • Internet Security and Acceleration Server
    • MS Access
