An expanding multinational within the IT sector is recruiting for an experienced business developer with French and English position managing their software product range across French speaking markets within EMEA. This position requires an innovative and positive appraoch and will provide an experienced candidate with the opportunity to work with resellers and distributors and build relationships and develop opportunities. Job Description

  • This role is primarily focussed on outbound calls to potential business customers and resellers across France and French speaking countries
  • Generating leads and following up on assigned leads
  • Working with Territorial sales agents to close sales
  • Providing superb Customer Service and Account Management as required, passing on any service or technical issues are resovled by the appropriate division
  • Accurate forecasting of sales targets

Skills/Experience

  • Ideally 2 + year experience in Sales ideally within the IT industry
  • Educated to Third Level education
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken and French
  • Proven ability to develop new business working from leads generated and with an ability to generate own leads and work proactively to reach agreed sales targets
  • Persuasive and with an ability to negotiate
  • Ability to manage workload
  • Pro-active sales skills, ability to spot an opportunity and go for it!
  • Strong IT skills, fully conversant in MS Word and Excel
