Software Support Manager in Saudi
Excellent opportunity to lead a growing software support team working on site in Riyadh. You should be a hands-on engineer as well as having the experience and ability to lead a team of technical engineers.
It is important that you have had some exposure to payments, POS, ATM/banking software. Ideally some experience with a transaction switch (Base24 or BankWorld or Postillion or IST or Cortex etc.) Taking a leading role in the support of Unix AIX C++ based software applications resolving production bugs/issues and maintain a high availability system.
Taking on a role of Application Support Team Leader / Technical Support Leader /Software Support Manager/ Systems Support Manager reporting to the Programme Manager of this Saudi based organisation you will be responsible for the team delivering support services and leading all activities related to production bugs/problems.

Skills / experience:
- 6-10 years commercial experience
- 2+ years experience of application support leadership role
- Strong exposure to Payments, POS, ATM or Banking applications
- Hands on experience of payments networks and Switches (e.g. Base24 or BankWorld or Postillion or IST or Cortex)
- Strong technical grounding in Unix, AIX, C++
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to provide direction and motivation
- Solid communication skills
Compensation:
- TAX FREE salary
- €70K to €100K package depending on experience
