Software Support Senior Analyst - Dublin


The Role:
The Global Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical team focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
The NER Global Solution Center is responsible for the delivery of these remote services towards our Customers in the NER Region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland) across standard and extended warranty, and contract business segments.

Requirements:

Fluent in at least one of the following languages is essential: Danish, Dutch, French/Flemish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish. Fluent verbal and written English.
• Practical experience of storage systems, Local Area Network technologies
• Practical knowledge of one or more of the following software: Microsoft Operating Systems (Core Microsoft, Servers OS, SQL,Messaging,etc..), VMware, HP-UX or Unix, Linux.
• Relevant industry certifications such as MCP/MCSE,MCSA,MCITP CCNA etc. desired but not required
• Ability to document, manage and follow up technical escalations
• Excellent customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills
