Manpower is currently seeking a team leader for a fantastic role within a leading social networking site
Responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team of support agents, supporting training of other team members, reviewing information and quality analysis, monitor customer satisfaction and process feedback. Drive efficiency, and ensure excellent customer support is provided at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An Honours university degree
-Fluent in Another language is desirable
- PC literate, must be proficient in Excel
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- The ability to liaise with other departments to ensure targets and deadlines are met,
- Problem solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a team within an online environment
- Excellent analytical skills
