**Swedish Support Agents **

Experienced second Line Support Agents with fluent Swedish are required for a leading IT company based in the Dublin area.
his role calls for someone with a very strong technical background and varied IT skills, as the problems you will solve range from issues with servers, email, operating systems, (Vista and XP) and so on. Depending on the nature of the issue, some queries can take up to 3 hours to solve so patience and an analytical nature are a high priority in choosing our successful applicant. The inherent customer service element of this work requires someone with an excellent phone manner and an understanding of how to calmly guide a customer through a detailed technical solution by phone.

Requirements:

  • Speak native-level Swedish, with very fluent Norwegian being advantageous
  • Have at least 1-2 years experience working in technical support or a similar IT problem-solving position
  • Have a passion for IT, and enjoy being the person who can solve difficult problems for customers
  • Preferably have completed an IT study qualification
  • Have experience with Windows XP and / or Vista
