IBM Ireland is currently recruiting Swedish speakers with Windows Vista experience for their teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in a IT multinational and busy environment.
Ideal candidate will have customer service experience and strong interest in IT as well as previous experience with Windows Vista. Good basic salary and benefits are on offer (relocation + full training + learning centre etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with inbound calls from IBM’s business customers
• Identifying and solving their problems, updating customer’s files
• Dealing with other customers’ technical queries related to their IBM products
Requirements:
• Fluent Swedish and good level of English
• 6 months customer service experience essential
• Previous experience with Windows Vista
• A real interest in IT (previous technical support experience or a degree in IT are an advantage but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills, a good team player
