We are currently looking for number of Swedish and Norwegian speakers for IBM Technical support department in Ballycoolin, D15
Role:
  • 1st level technical support - B2B - the purpose of the role is troubleshooting.
  • Working 40 hours/week Mon-Fri - all candidates need to be flexible to start from 5A
  • Gym, subsidised canteen, doctor on site etc
Skills:
  • Min 6 months of CS experience
  • Fluent Swedish or Norwegian or Danish & English
  • Solid troubleshooting skills (error, internet access, printing problems).
  • PC skills - equivalent of ECDL, knowledge of Win XP or Vista.
You will be tested on your Technical Skills.
We are also looking for a number of candidates with at least 6 months of Vista ?user experience with Sewdish.
