Systems Analyst

Working closely with the business and the development teams to create technical specifications and work in unison with the architectural and development teams to build technical solutions which meet the business expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a NASDAQ corporate who have taken the strategic decision to make Dublin the technical hub of their operation and are now in the process of growing teams of developers, testers and system analysts in order to build fit for purpose applications for the business.

Role / opportunity:

  • System analysis and business analysis
  • Creating functional and technical spec from business requirement documents
  • Working closely with IT development teams and the business
  • Life assurance policy admin business environment
  • Growing Dublin based operation
  • Working with external vendors
  • Part of the solution design team

Skills / experience:

  • 4+ years experience as a systems analyst or technical business analyst
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Broad knowledge of system design and development methodologies
  • Ability to manage projects as necessary
  • Strong technical knowledge in: Data management or Business Intelligence or Web Development or Middleware or Software Integration.
