This innovative technology company is weathering the economic storm well and has created a new Team Leader position for an experience Sales Manager. This company has invested significant investment in the EMEA market and has a dynamic approach to business and is seeking to recruit an equally dynamic, customer focussed individual who can drive business, lead by example and show initiative and leadership.

Job Description

This position will take full responsibilty for the sales management of a team of Sales Account Managers responsible for EMEA and will ensure all sales and service level targets are met on an ongoing basis. The target market is a mix of reseller and distributor business.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Driving the sales renewals process
  • Leading continuous improvement projects
  • Motivating, training and developing team members
  • Ensuring Activity and Sales targets are met on an ongoing basis
  • Managing relationships with Resellers and Distributors across EMEA

Skills/Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years Sales Team Lead experience, ideally in a multi-national environment
  • The proven ability to guide a sales team to achieving activity and revenue targets
  • Self-motivated, positive disposition, ambitious and innovative
  • Approachable
  • Strong technical ability, experience working with ERP systems and ability to interpret data
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in project management is welcome
  • A second European language is welcome but not required
