Technical application support

This is a global business based from Ireland that are growing significantly at this stage and will continue to expand their Dublin city centre operation as they are rolling out new business lines to their global customer base.

This is a great position for someone looking to grow their career since there will be opportunities to move into software development, testing and/or team leadership roles.

Role / opportunity:

  • Supporting a global customer base
  • Supporting corporate applications
  • Low volume of support tickets at 2nd/3rd line level
  • Full ownership of each assigned ticket through to completion
  • Exceeding agreed SLA’s
  • Working with external corporate clients

Skills / experience:

  • 3+ years commercial experience of supporting external clients
  • Computer Science related degree
  • Experience with VB and/or C programming languages
  • Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude.
