Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service
2. Handling email, internet and telephone based customer queries.
3. Fluent English is mandatory, fluency in another required language as well.
4. Excellent written communication skills
5. Timely resolution of critical customer requests to ensure customer’s business continuity
6. First Contact resolution rate as agreed within SLA
7. Ensure full commitment to customer SLAs and KPIs.Ø Report monthly to the support manager on activities and issues.

Previous experience of 1-2 years and a degree/cert/masters in a computer related discipline
