Desk Top Support Agent (Cork)- (14 Week Contract)

Technical Support Agents / Customer Support Agents are required by a leading organisation based in Cork City.
Our client is a leading telecommunications firm with offices based throughout the world, they are currently looking to add a capable support agent on an initial 14 Week contract starting as soon as possible.
For the position the ideal candidate will have:
You will have a strong working knowledge of the IT sector
Experience working in a Help Desk support position
Extensive knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access & Outlook. Sage Line 50 & Quickpay. Oracle 11i. Lotus Word Pro & Notes. Corel WordPerfect. 
Accurate and Innovative
Customer Focus 
Always focuses on what the customer wants, or helps them understand why they can’t have it
Not afraid to try every angle to help the customer
Excellent Communication both written and verbal
Pleasant and professional telephone manner
This is an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Agent/Help Desk Agent to work with a major organisation it is an inital 20 hour week paying €340 per week.
