Technical Support with Norwegian or German

Immediate opportunity to join an impressive global software development organisation with a new opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing team supporting external clients in central and Northern Europe. In particular Norwegian and German language skills are of interest.

The company has a culture where support engineers own a problem from cradle to grave keeping the customer updated throughout the progress of the support ticket.

You must be a proactive character

This is a support desk that has a low volume of calls but requires the highest possible standard of service to external clients and internal colleagues.

Role / opportunity:

· Technical support of global applications

· Logging and resolving 2nd line support issues

· Low volume of calls but exceptionally high standard of delivery

· Working closely with software development teams across the world

· Dublin city centre based role

Skills / experience:

· 2+ years technical support experience

· Norwegian or German language skills

· Application support in MS Windows environment

· Outstanding communication and customer service skills
