We currently have an opening for Technical Writers to be based in Cork to develop information content and documentation for a Service Management software product.

Ideally we are looking to hear from English speaking candidates with the ability to create clear, task-oriented technical information that meets audience needs.
You should have excellent ability in designing information, conducting interviews with subject matter experts, and evaluating information.
Have excellent knowledge with mark-up languages such DITA, HTML and XML
You should have strong technical skills and have the ability to install and configure products on Windows and one or more Unix/Linux platforms.
Have experience working z/OS platform as well as experience with programming languages, relational databases and systems management software is a plus.
You must be a self starter with the ability to work on your own initiative when necessary as well as working well with local and remote teams including other writers, developers, testers, and support engineers.

For the role we are ideally looking to hear from degree qualified Technical Writers/IT professionals within the IT sector. You will ideally have gained over 2 years experience in technical writing.
