The Position

Due to expansion into Europe, my client is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to work with their clients located across Europe. This is a pivotal position and requires at least 2 years experience in a Telesales position. This role will give the successful candidate excellent earning potential and a strong basic salary. This position will play a key role in the BENELUX region, with potential to develop other markets too.

Duties include:

  • Laising with international customers via telephone and email 
  • Maximising all possible sales opportunitiesl, solution orientated selling
  • Converting sales leads
  • Product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Maintain and provide own weekly reports
  • Update customer records timely and accurately

The Successful Candidate needs:

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, must have minimum of 2 years experience in Telesales
  • Software and Technology background is advantageous but not necessaryExcels in a phone based sales role in a professional environment
  • Effective communication skills(written and oral) fluency in English and German is required
  • Ability to communicate product in both a technical and non technical manner
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes
  • Persuasive/Dynamic/Reliable/Flexible/
