Trading Floor Support Contract in Dublin
A global investment bank has a need for a Support engineer with solid experience of IPC Dealerboard (and ideally Voice Technical Support) to assist in delivering several business critical projects as well as a system review/audit in order to maintain the dealer board systems in place.

There will be a mix of 1st-3rd line trading floor/technical support and delivering on specific requirements the business has. The technical environment includes: Market Data feeds (Reuters / Bloomberg), MS Office, Windows Server, Active Directory.
Telecoms support (voice recording) experience would be nice but not essential.

Role / opportunity:
• Trade floor Support contract
• Working on a project basis
• Working specifically with Dealerboard
• 1st-3rd line technical support (part of the time)
• Dublin based contract

Skills / experience:
• 5+ years commercial experience
• Experience of IPC dealer board system
• Proven background in 1st 2nd & 3rd line support in a trade floor environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in spending 3 months in Dublin will help
