The DCA Administrator is responsible for Unix and Intel operating system audit compliance. Primary duties include operating system health checking and application health checking (automatic by using tools or manual when needed).
The DCA team will be frequently involved and reviewed by auditors and as such excellent organizational and documentation skills are required. The DCA administrator role requires skills on Intel & Unix platforms (system administration experience) with scripting skills as an advantage. The DCA administrators need an ability to develop solutions independently and work well within a team environment which will often be virtual / remote.
Main tasks:
Checking:
• Server Manual Health Checking where no tools available.
• Corrective actions on Health Check deviations.
• Simple routine & predefined resolutions as well as complex.
Planning:
• Receive notification / assess and evaluate found deviations.
• Execute manual where tools not available Health Checks, following requirements as documented.
• Analyse/ assess and evaluate HC deviations.
• Suggest and Present an implementation plan for relevant servers.
• Raise or Update change /schedule implementation of patches.
• Suggest solutions for HC deviations.
• Receive notification / assess and evaluate found deviations.

• Create input for Risk letters, exception request’s.
• Raise/close change tickets.
• Install verification / check implementation.

Skills:
• Technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent skills about IBM security standards, e.g. ITCS104, GSD331 and ISEC.
• Specific experience in one or more of the following areas: IIS, SQL Oracle, SAP, IBM Director.
• Strong service skills with the ability to balance technical support, written/oral communication and customer satisfaction.
