VBA MS Access Software Developer

New requirement for a VBA, MS Access software developer to join a large international financial services company based in Dublin city centre. Working in the analytics area of this organisation the person in this role works closely with the business building analytical tools and instruments through Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), MS Access, SQL, ADO, DAO. This is initially a 9 month fixed term contract role.

Role / opportunity:

· Application Development and enhancement

· Technical environment: VBA, MS Access, SQL, ADO, DAO

· Building analytical applications

· Working closely with the business

· Financial Service environment

· Fixed Term Contract for 9 months initially

· Testing & Documentation

Skills / experience:

· 3+ years VBA, SQL and MS Access programming

· Full SWDLC experience on standalone applications.

· Strong MS Access reports and forms.

· Prior experience of financial service is a bonus
